INTEGRA: mejorar la INTEGRAción de los jóvenes inmigrantes mediante la colaboración y la formación

The immigration phenomena have increased in the last decades being pushed by different factors. The few and weak immigrants’ organizations lack skills to be of a better help for their community members. For this reason, the INTEGRA project aims to help NGOs with lower organizational capacities to develop their project management and ICT skills through a series of learning activities that aim to help them:

-Equip youth workers with knowledge and skills on ICTs & project management,

-Enable immigrant NGOs to participate in cross-border cooperation by learning from the best practices and training

-Lower the entry barriers to the Erasmus+ program for NGOs with reduced capacity.

The INTEGRA project plans to carry out the following activities:

  1. Project administration,

2. Start meeting

3. Participatory visit,

4. Online course,

5.Training course,

6. In-house workshops in each partner country,

7. Tutoring sessions in each partner country,

8. Final meeting.

At the end of INTEGRA project, we hope to achieve these results:

-To have increased the knowledge and skills on ICTs and project management of our youth workers and young people.

-To have strengthened the capacity of more migrant NGOs to join the cross-border collaborations and under Erasmus+ program.

-To lower the threshold for entry into the Erasmus+ program for immigrant NGOs with limited organizational capacity.
